He is able to tap into the power of Mythia to cause a magical effect on an individual. It is not something easily done and takes a bit of ritual to perform. This power has two versions – one against a willing victim, and one against an unwilling victim. The activation is the same:
By drawing his blade and placing the tip upon the ground, he channels the powers that bind Mythia, focusing them into a person he chooses. By locking eyes with them, or placing his hand over their forehead, he says aloud,
“The powers of Mythia I call, to bring forth the righteous seal of Justice: the seal which stamps whatever the Land contains, and all concealed within the Watery plains. Stable, and starry, of harmonious Flame, preserving laws eternally the same. Thy all-composing power in the Heavens appears, connects its frame, and props the starry spheres; and unjust envy shakes with dreadful sound, tossed by thy arm in giddy whirls around. 'Tis thine the life of mortals to defend, and crown existence with a blessed end; for thy command alone, of all that lives, order and rule to every dwelling goes. Ever observant of the upright mind, and of just actions the companion kind. Foe to the lawless, with avenging ire, their steps involving in destruction dire. Come, blest, abundant power, whom all reverse, by all desired, with favoring mind draw near; give me through life on thee to fix my sight, and never forsake the equal paths of right."
When this is done on a willing victim, that victim is unable to tell a falsehood and is compelled to tell the entirety of the truth, as they know it. In addition, he is able to “see” the events as they transpired, as though he were present as a bystander.
When this is done to an unwilling victim, a die roll is made. If his number is equal to or greater than that of the unwilling victim, then the effect is the same. If the number rolled is less than that of the unwilling victim, then the victim is not compelled as above, but instead, he is able to discern a lie or a truth. No vision is given.

Flaws
List Two of the limits that this power will have.
1. It is physically draining and he must rest after it's use.
2. It is a ritual and can not be used outside of a formal setting. (IE Not usable in combat or even on the street without causing a scene.) It's use is reserved for interrogations, legal proceedings, etc.

Level 2
In this section you will describe what the power can do at a second level. If it is adding an addition to your power. If your are just increasing the one power.. write N/A as answer for the second power.
Example: In the Love Power you start off with The Touch and Pleasure Sight. In level 2 you increase pleasure touch. You gain Ectasy Touch and Calming touch. These are all parts of the Love Power.
See the one of the already listed powers for how to write it up for more examples.
How does or will your power increase when you reach this level?
No longer as physically draining upon a willing victim.
When used upon an unwilling victim, the effects mirror those of the willing victim. However, the unwilling victim may attempt to hide the truth or lie. This would be another die roll for each lie. (Each round of RP) If the victims roll is greater than that of the player, the effect would revert to that of a level 1 for that round. (IE No vision and the lie is detected, but not the truth revealed.)

Level 3
At the moment this is the highest level you have to write up. As roleplay goes we will be adding more levels as people reach them. Remember you will not be as strong as an Ancient God
What are the increases to your power for Level 3?
No real physical drain.
At this level, the effect on a willing or unwilling victim is the same. There is no longer a need for a die roll.

POWERS IN MYTHIA
Where do the powers come from?
All Mythians receive their powers from the island. In order for Mythians and the island to survive it is important for all Mythians to use their powers. The energy of the island moves in a cycle from the island, to the Mythians and back to the island again.
How do powers affect the character?
Power on Mythia is not unlimited. Using powers will cause one or more of the following nausea, fatigue, dizziness, blurred vision. The more power used the stronger and longer the effect will last. It is the player's choice of what side effects your character feels after using powers.
Example Side effects:
Minor amount of power used:
After using her power to directly heal a minor cut, the doctor would need to rest for thirty minutes ( RP Time , not rl time). Once she had time to relax the doctor slowly got up and fixed a small snack before starting to work again.
Large amount of power used:
He used his wind power to blow away those that were attacking him. For the time he was safe, as the adrenaline left, he slowly slid to the floor and passed out for a few hours.
We have not made a point or system for players to track how long the side effects work. We ask that all play fair with this rule an play accordingly
